At The Blade, we believe shared spaces play a vital role in creating a thriving business community. Our reception area is more than just a welcome point – it’s the heart of the building, where occupiers, clients and visitors connect. It’s also gives an important first impression of the building for many – whether it’s a candidate coming to interview, a customer coming to meet one of our occupiers or an organisation looking where to base their office space.
We’ve recently invested in a refurbishment of our Reception, to help ensure it remains a bright, modern and inviting space. With new sofas, soft furnishing, tables and vibrant planting, the refreshed area now offers the perfect environment for casual meetings, coffee breaks and impromptu catch-ups.
Since the refurbishment, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in activity with our occupiers using the space more than ever for meetings, calls and lunch breaks. It’s exactly the kind of buzz and interaction we hoped to inspire.
The coffee machine remains a firm favourite, our regular pop-ups continue to bring variety and energy, and the whole space feels full of life – a great reflection of the collaborative spirit that helps defines The Blade and what we offer here.
