In early 2026, we were delighted to welcome Knights into a significantly larger office space at The Blade, marking an exciting milestone following the company’s continued expansion. Knights first arrived at The Blade in April 2025, following their acquisition of IBB Law, who had been based in the building since 2023. Since then, Knights’ presence has gone from strength to strength, reflecting the firm’s ambitious growth strategy and ongoing investment in its people and regional footprint.
Following this sustained growth, Knights has now relocated within the building from the 13th Floor to the 12th Floor, more than doubling the size of the office space occupied. This move provides a strong foundation for further expansion in the Thames Valley, reinforcing Reading’s position as a key regional hub for the business. The new space can accommodate up to 100 colleagues and offers a modern, flexible working environment designed to support collaboration, productivity and wellbeing. In addition, the office boasts panoramic views across Reading and the surrounding countryside, creating an impressive setting for colleagues and visiting clients.
The office has undergone a full refit to ensure it aligns seamlessly with Knights’ offices nationwide, all of which feature the firm’s distinctive interior design and premium finish. The open-plan layout includes 80 desks, five large meeting rooms, two dedicated focus rooms and a spacious lounge area suitable for hosting client meetings, internal gatherings and events. The design reflects Knights’ commitment to providing high-quality spaces that support both professional excellence and a positive workplace culture.
